Sampled on tap at the brewery. Pours a muddy dark brown, nearly black, with some ruddy, thick head. Nose has a lot of spice happening, cinnamon, ginger, mild nuts, almost peanutty, slightly vegetal, some dark chocolate, dark malt. Flavor is similar, more malt in the mouth, some dark chocolate, nutty, spice. Thin finish. Not bad.

Sampled on tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy brown with one ring of white head. Nose is very traditional, apple, cherry, vinegar, brown malt, red grape. Flavor is less tart than the nose makes you think, apple skins, wood pulp, milt malt, a touch of acid. Slightly hot, acetic finish.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with some creamy, white head. Nose is crazy, clean lemon, orange juice, mild spice, some white grape, fresh lemon curd. Flavor is awesome, sweet, citrus, lemon curd, white grape, light honey, a little yeast. Clean finish. Incredibly drinkable. If this had been bottled, I would have bought a case.

Sampled right off the bottling line at the brewery. Pours an inky brown with some wispy, white head. Boozy nose, sweet, brandy, nail polish. Flavor is very sweet, brandy, apples, brown sugar, caramel, almost a little mint. Boozy, sticky finish. This has good structure, but it needs plenty of time in the bottle to mellow out.

Tasting at Bruce’ s pad. Thanks to Leighton for this tasty number. Hazy gold beer with a good off white head. Palate is soft and airy. Really nice hops here, and what good be coriander fruits - lime sherbet and floral flavours with lesser citrus, pine, skunk and a touch of lemon. The mild cardamon sets things off nicely. Light dry finish. Lovely citric flavours.

Bottle via Leighton at Colin’s 5K. It pours hazy golden orange with a thick off-white head. The nose is brett, earth, wood, juicy orange, spice, damp leaf, funk and spice. The taste is dough, orange, grapefruit, brett, varnish, spice, funk, wood, earth and Irn Bru with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Tasty funky IPA.

Bottle shared at Bruce’s in London - I got this one from Julio’s. Pours lightly hazy gold with a large, frothy white head. The nose has nice brett funk, some secondary notes of lemon and tangerine, light sweet flavor with dry, brett funk, mango, melon, grapefruit, straw. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Dry finish, funky and somewhat poopy with bitter citrus rind, mild alcohol warmth, sweet lemon and mandarin orange. Lovely beer.
