An unclear dark orange beer with a huge head. The aroma is sour with notes of oranges. The flavor is tasting of exactly what it is: a mixture of a Gueueze and Mead. It is sweet with notes of flowers and honey as well as sour with notes of grapefruit. A wonderful beer - more of this please.

Red-pinkish, lightly cloudy body. (Almost) no head. Nose of cherries, combined with some sourness, little bit cider-aroma. Very full, warm flavour, quite soft. Litlghly sour, but not as outspoken as a Cantillon.

Cloudy orange golden color, short white head. Aroma and taste are quite typical gueuze, but with sweet honey added. High carbonation. Slightly sharp palate. The combination of mead and gueuze is not a good experiment IMO.

My first gueuze. I didn’t know what to expect. Aroma of fruit and wild yeast, hiding the sour taste to come. Flavors of yeast, some fruit, herbal characteristics. Orange. Heavily carbonated. I preferred it cold. I’m not sure about the style; I will have to try more. I was really into the strange fruit flavors it gave the Grainbelt Premium that followed.

Murky amber-orange body. No head. Horse-blanket aroma. Moderately bitter, moderately acidic initial flavour. Lightly acidic (long) finish which is quite dry.

The coark is been removed whithout any ’pof’ at all. Orange to golden body, which is quite clear. There’s no carbonisation and head at all. Sweet, sourish (horseblanket) aroma. Moderately sour, lightly sweet initial flavour. Heavily sour finish, which is moderately long. Soft mouthfeel.

Clear, amber body. Off-white head, mostly diminishing and fairly lacing. Sour barnyard aroma, as a real gueuze should smell. Complex sour flavour. Long fizzy finish.

After pouring the yeast, it becomes a cloudy orange beer, no head, some lacing only. Aroma is weak gueuze, fresh strawberry juice, bit yoghurt cream like. Taste is sharp sour gueuze in the beginning, developing into fresh and sweet strawberry flavor, finishing again with sour gueuze. Very nice to taste a real strawberry flavor instead of the sweet artificial esters they usually add.

The aroma is sweet cherries with notes of wood. The color is a clear red-brown and it has next to no head. The flavor is very acidic with slight notes of cherries, metal, and wood. The end is very acidic and the mouthfeel is very dry.

The aroma is of sweet and sour strawberries with notes of metal and wood. The color is a dark orange and it has no head. The flavor is sweet though sour so the mouthwater starts running. It has strawberry notes on a lovely lambic background which lends itself to a dry woody lambic end. All in all a wonderful flavor in a fantastic beer.
