Soft orange gold body and strong carbonation but no foam. Soft sweet apple with a hint of twig. Flavour is good dry apple, not sweet at all. Very crisp. Could use a bit more punch but still very well done.

750ml bottle pours out copper color with a soap ring of a head. Nose is sweet apple big bourbon barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet apple notes and a barrel booze kick.

Clean blond colour. Sweet and perfumy aroma, pear and ginger. Sweetish, lean, not much pear, but the ginger is more evident, although delicate.

Clear golden. Aroma is marshmallow, piment, melasses, apple (peel). Taste is slight sweet apple at first with a balanced sourness and spice. Later more apple peel and harsh alcoholic. Quite dry with a complex spice finish. Heavy but not oily. Drinkable. Warming. Unique.

Bottle, many thanks jonas! No fizz. Clear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is rum, apple skin, bratapfel-like. Taste is barrel, brown sugar, rum, almost sauternes-like, apple skin, red apples, christmas. Oily mouthfeel with just a touch of fizz. Awesome flavour profile, christmasy!

Vanilla caramel rum aroma over a golden whisky colored pour. Taste is hot buttered rum in apple cider, wow. Still has some remaining sugar - something added at the end, or malt? Highly recommendable.

Apple and cinnamon and nutmeg, appley, so much cinnamon, nice. Not reinventing the wheel but yum, though you have to tolerate a lot of cinnamon.

750 ml bottle. Pours like apple juice. Smells like apple pie. Tastes like spicey apple pie. With the dough. Neat. I really like this. And would sub this for dessert...

Pale. Yellowish. On the nose, well, cinnamon. On the palate, lots of apple, definitely a whack of cinnamon. So much cinnamon that it's got bitterness, and there's a bit of heat in the finish. It is stupid and pointless but it's not that bad, at least to my taste.
