Egészen sötétbarna szín, közepes, nagyon tartós hab. Illata enyhe, pörkölt malátás, pici savanykás aromával. Markánsan pörkölt malátás ízvilág enyhe vizes érzet, pici égett kesernyés aroma. Utóíze gyorsan elillanó kesernyés-savanykás valami.
