Canned 2/5/26, drunk 3/6/26.
Fairly heavy on the mango, sort of similar to Snow Cone, but not as much acid/mango rind as that one. A softer mango character, if you will. There's some Julius hop character in here, too, which the Snow Cone was missing; light pine, light grapefruit, light mango and just an all around rich juiciness.
Nice and malty a la Julius; slight graham cracker, with white bread and light honey providing a deep, sumptuous texture for lots of mango and a bit of the pine and grapefruit from the nose. Moderate bitterness, both from hop and mango. I do think the mango is a bit overdone here, but I'm sure it's challenging to get it just right. That said, it's really annoying to get like 90% mango notes when this is also supposed to be a very hoppy IPA.

Can (Winter '25-'26) from Tewksbury. Lightly hazy, dark amber-red, nice sparkle, thin head with fair retention, light lacing. Aroma is strong toasted malt. Taste is strong sweet toffee, vague dark fruit undertones, with bitter, lightly roasted malt. Smooth, silky texture, medium bodied, average carbonation, dry, bitter roasted finish. Nothing flashy but good strength representative of the style.

Canned 2/3/26, drunk 3/5/26.
Fruity and acidic mango puree with a bit of piney hop behind it and a mix of cracker, biscuit and white bread from the malt. Not too acidic, though, nor piney. Smells pretty balanced, if maybe a bit underwhelming in the hop category.
Rich and malty, as expected, based on the abv. Lots and lots of mango here, showing a healthy bit of acidity. Not boozey and the malt is deep, soft, rich and well-attenuated. But it feels pretty overdone on the mango. Not egregiously-so, but enough-so that you don't really get much else other than the honey-graham character of the malt.

Pours a hazy peach-gold-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit (not smelling the vanilla, though). Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit, plus a light touch of vanilla. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.

Pours a pale, gold-copper, with minimal head. Aroma is vanilla cookie dough. Flavor follows. Fairly clean and crisp mouthfeel. Not sure this is a style that really interests me.

Winter 2026 can drunk 3/2/26.
Big honey-and-apple in the nose from the mix of base malt and woodsmoke, I guess. Dry, twiggy, with an ashy tinge and no salted bacon in sight. Big mineral, distinctive lager yeast and nice crispness on the end.
Malty and flavorful with no huge smokiness. Lots of pepper on the finish with light earth, big honey-like pils malt and a bit of herbal hop character. I think I'm wanting even more dryness/crispness/bitterness.
