„Myšlenkou mít malý pivovar s vlastním pivem jsem se začal zabývat již v roce 1983, tedy v době, kdy nebylo možné vlastnit výrobní prostředky. Cenná odborná praxe a hezké chvíle prožité v litovelském pivovaru, k tomu samozřejmě sládek Miroslav Koutek a poetické filmové zpracování Hrabalových Postřižin, bylo tím správným nasměrováním mého srdce. Po několika domácích várkách jsem pochopil, že chci mít malý, ale opravdový profesionální pivovar, kde vše funguje jako v tom velkém. A tak jsem si po mnoha letech svůj sen vyplnil.“

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity and floral aroma with a strong dill note. Sweet floral and herbal hoppy flavour with a hint of lime. Slightly unpleasant bitterness. It’s a well brewed beer, but I really don’t like Sorachi Ace single hop (india) pale ales.

Many thanks Ryan for having shared this growler with friends. Pours semi clear golden color, white little foam. Nosy is grassy hops, some cookie and a malt soul. The mouth stays drinkable, clean, a bit mineral and lemony. Surprisingly tasty.

Thanks to tderoeck! 1 liter PET bottle sampled. No date & clear PET bottle. Should be quite fresh still, less than 4 weeks probably. Dark brown, little head. Nose is vegetable, brown sugar, malt, leaves, watery, very cheap herbal chocolate,… Taste is vegetable, herbal, bitter roots, ashes, roasted, charcoal,… A bit watery,… Not really my style.
