Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is floral/fruity/citrus over moderate caramel. Med body. Flavor is aroma plus earthy and something making me think of wheat. Very pleasant. Flavors are moderate, but that works here. Decently bitter, and not a lot of citrus.

Bottle thanks to Brian! Pours clear amber orange, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is light plus sweet, very bitter. Flavor is pine, caramel, floral notes. Sharp bitterness. Medium light body. This is a classic TIPA gone to the sweet side after all the hop nuance has faded. Why this this is a good thing is beyond me. At least our bottle was not sour and vinous...

Bomber from a local grocery. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is rather earthy. Med body at least. Flavor is fruity, a bit earthy, and maybe some tropical. The combination is tasty and intriguing. Decently bitter. There’s enough caramel for support. Pretty tasty.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Earth and dank grapefruit aroma. Dank earth flavor with pine and grapefruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Earth and pine linger with grapefruit rind.

Bomber from the Dixon venue. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is chili/pepper and dark malt. Med body or so. Flavor is dark malt and a pretty good dose of chili/pepper. Not an eviscerating level of fire, but there is no doubt it’s capsaicin in some form or another. Actually it’s rather drinkable compared to oh so many "chili" ales. Take it slow and it’s enjoyable. :)

Tap at the Dixon tap room. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is fruity with a bit of citrus and mild chocolatey/dark malt. Med minus body. Flavor is something like an English dark mild with pine or citrus or both. It’s towards dry and lightly bitter. Decent session ale. Actually a good drink as well.

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours coppery gold with a creamy near-white head. Aroma of very nice caramel and mostly citrus hop. Med + body. Thins a bit as carbonation leaves. It’s very clean caramel with some earth and citrus. Not getting any heat. Smooth and very much a joy to drink. It’s not West Coast, and it’s not barleywine. It’s falling in between a number of standards. Seems "fresh". There’s a touch of "wood" in it. I’m having a nice time with it.

Bomber from the Folsom, CA BevMo. Pours translucent orange/gold with a very creamy white head. Aroma is earthy and pale stone fruits. Med body at least. Flavor is bitter, herb, earth with arguably floral. Suspecting some Cluster. It is very dry and bitter. Liking this a lot. It’s not exactly harsh, but gives a similar impact. Caramel backbone is rather obscured.

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours murky over ripe peach color with no head. Aroma of Worchestershire sauce with a little tomato. Med body or so. It’s sort of a spicy chelada. Heat is not like Crime or Punishment, but there’s non-alcoholic heat. Interesting variation. Better than the mass produced cheladas I’ve tried.
