Tradycyjny angielski bitter. To prawda i w dodatku niefiltrowany mocno metny ze sporymi fragmentami nieaktywnych drozdzy. Piwo jest gozkie i to bardzo w zapachu suszony chmiel. Kolor ciemno bursztynowy, smak to krolestwo goryczy. Do tego w ladnej etykiecie stylowy Bitter. Polecam. Al Pacino says: William Shakespeare still Alive in her Heart.

Cask at the Maidenhead Beer Festival, July 2016. A pale amber pour with a loose white head; sweet floral aroma with some Kentish hops; soft and sweet in the mouth with a barleysugar taste; then drier with a light touch of warming spice betore a lingering barleysugar finish.

Bottle 500ml. [ As 8 Sail Imperial Oat Malt Stout ].Clear dark black yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate, oat. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, sour, roasted, dark roasted, burnt, chocolate, soy sauce, oat, salty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20141012]

500ml bottle from the brewery. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of toasted and slightly roasted malts. Flavour is roasted and burnt with some sweetness and fruit.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours dark copper brown with a thin white head. Aromas of twiggy hops, earthy coffee. Taste is light herbal bitter, some caramel. decent mouthfeel for the strength. Nutty finish.
