355ml bottle. Clear golden amber colour, foam white head that diminishes and aroma of malt, grain, yeast. Taste is sweetish malty, grainy, fruity with cardboard & metallic notes and light bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, metallic bitter finish. Bland lager, for drinking cold.

355ml Bottle from TESCO’s: my second beer from these guys and my third beer on my random beer tasting evening on 23 Feb 14. Poured into a Leffe chalice: looks a pilsner/lager (which it is of course), golden, clear and clean. The white head refused to stay and became a wisp far too quickly. Almost odourless; some grainy maltiness and metallic notes maybe: gets my usual score of 3 for a non-smelling pils/lager. Lawnmower beer, no taste or flavour: thirst quenching and refreshing but lacks flavour and character, might be fine in Southeast Asia, but on a cold Sunday evening in Shropshire it didn’t reach the heights for me. Gives me another tick for Vietnam, but that’s about it.

355ml bottle from Tesco. Straw with a billowing white head; sour aroma; sweet rice water taste; some crisp sourness to finish. About what I’d expect from an Asian lager.

12oz bottle pours a totally clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose is guary sweet, corn, like every other third world lager. Flavor has corn, white flour. Sweet finish. Bad.

Nose is cereal, crystal malts, slight foral. Good for a larger. Taste is very soft with cereal, slight grain, hint of honey and straw. Taste is more interesting than most international pilsners, but unfortunately still not very nice.

Bottle at Farang Stockholm. Pours light amber with a short lasting white head. Sweet maltyness, some vegetables and a hint of bitterness. Too heavy for a warm day pn the Beach, too light for most other occasions...

A nice and refreshing surprise from Asia. Pours a standard clear. golden color and is topped with an average white and foamy head. The aroma is the most unpleasant thing about this beer. It’s really dusty and just not nice. Too bad. The taste on the other hand is pleasant - slightly sweet, slightly bitter and some grains. A decent beer all in all.
