Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, acidic malt. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Flaged as try again ! [20110429]

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Deep copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is herbs, fruits, some mild wooden nand chocolaty notes along with some mild spices. Flavour is quite similar along with quite syrupy sweetness as well.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011 (as Twickenham Winter Warmer, 5.2% ABV). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, spices, some wood, caramel and mild chocolate and honey as well. Flavour is fruits, toffee, caramel malts as well as some mild chocolate and mild vanillaish notes as well. Pleasant and bodied winter warmer.

Evening session at GBBF ’11 while listen to The Chris Jagger Band at the main stage. One-third pint, hand pulled cask, at The Nightingale Bar. Crystal clear amber, shiny surface. Citrus fruits to the nose. Bitter hoppy fruits in flavour that lingers for quite a while. Sweet malty backbone, however, mostly bitter throughout. Medium bodied. Above par for the British ales at the festival (London, 03.08.2011).

From cask. Pours clear and golden golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light malty. Crisp hoppy, citric and slight bitter into a dry and slight herbal finish. Ends bitter and light fruity.

From cask at Craft. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is light spiced and slight malty. Toasted malty, light hayish, caramelish and dry bitter flavoured. Lasting dry malty and bitter into the finish.

Cask at Windsor Locale festival 2011. A golden coloured pour with a small fluffy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, fruity, dry, some malt, slight bitterness. OK.

Cask, handpump The Watermans, Richmond, Surrey 23.07.11 Citrussy with a crisp bitterness, easily the best of the beers that I’ve had on The Thames Tipple today in one of the nicest pubs. Golden in colour with great clarity and a small white bubbly head, nice hoppiness on nose, just an all round great beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Cask gravity at SIBA BF 2011. Gold with slight haze and white head. Grassy citrusy hoppy aroma. Really drinkable. Love the full mouthfeel. Love the peach and tropical fruit finish. Good beer.
