Opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly pale tan. Smooth and fairly light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Unsweet toffee streaked malts. Ripe fruits, very ripe. Touch of wet wood. A bitterish floral streak on the back end with watery brandy. A curious affair, complex and tasty but doesn't quite sing.

Light haze on this deep amber beer, small tan head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Mild chocolate and a bare whisper of red wine. Light dry finish. Not hating this but it just lacks body and the rich flavoursome punch of the best.

Bottle. Color: Slightly orangish red, hazy, fast disappearring pink head. Aroma: Sweet and tart cherries, cherry juice, funky hints. Taste: Over moderate sweet and moderate tart cherries, cherry kernels, tannins, some wood. Funky hints. Light bitterness, going to medium bitterness at finish. Pretty smooth mouthfeel, bit foamy, bit sirupy. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Below average carbonation, just under medium body. Nice but on the sweet side for me.

Bottle at Oproer restaurant. Slight hazy dark red to brown with beige head. Huge oak, red wine, light funk, blueberries, sweet cherries and light blackberries. Quite vineous and oaky, dry herbs and dusty dry cellar funk. Under medium sour and bitter, light sweet. Solid medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation. Not bad! Lots of barrel notes though.

Bottle at Oproer. Slightly unclear pale rosé with white ring head. Sour grains and grenadine lemonade, sweet cherries, blueberries, oak and red wine. Medium sour, sweet edge, bitter undertones. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit heavy feel in the alcohol department, with some old rubberband aromas in the first sips after opening. Disappeared after clearing a while.

Tap at the restaurant. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Peach, wheat, lactic sour, milky, dry grassy herbs, soft apricot. Medium sour, quite light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied. More berliner than fruit, quite OK.
