5 oz. taster from @ the brew pub. Nose is light grain and corn. Tasty is musty wheat, grain and notes of citrus. Carbonation gives a lively tingle on the tongue. It’s decent for the style.

Pours hazy, bright yellow-orange with a thin, off-white cap. Scent is sweet pine, resin. Taste is malty, fruity, acidic. Grapefruit peel, flowers, pineapple. Very mild Belgian yeast. Tasty indeed.

Brew at AZ crews driveway tasting. Pours orange withnwhite head. Nose of citrus and peppercorns. Tastes of citrus, yeast, floral, light banana, then plenty of peppercorns. Not quite the burn of the recent peppercorn saison I had from 508 but that’s probably for the best. Pretty tasty

Pours heavy gold, with a short, off-white head. Scent is Belgian yeast, funk.... Taste is yeasty, citrusy, with a very nice peppercorn heat and sting. Slightly flat, but enjoyable.

65 cl bottle (8%) @ wPBF’13
Aroma is fruity with pineapples and resin. Flavour is quite hoppy with resin, pineapples, mango and hints of gooseberry bush. Leathery palate. Not very Belgian – perhaps hints of Belgian toffee or fruits. DIPA is what this is anyway. And a nice one.

65 cl bottle @ wPBF’13
Aroma is stale and a bit odd with peppery spices and hints of apricot. Flavour has peppery spices, burning chili and some fruity notes in the background. Actually the burning spiciness is quite nice. Then again the beer underneath the spices is quite nothing.
