Rapport fra Jæren Fråholdslag, hvor vi nettopp har gjort oss ferdige med månedens nye pusekatter. Nervevraket er følgelig solid behandlet og vi er klare for en lettere ganerenser i form av denne 0,75 flasken fra gledeshuset på Kvadrat: lett uklar gylden med kort bruseskum. Epler og gule plommer og ikke så mye mer, hverken i aroma eller smak. Mye bunnfall (verten må nok få kontroll på sin tremor). Sikkert ok til mat, men alene står den ikke akkurat fjellstøtt.

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a small, fast fading white head. Aroma has apple, some acidity and slightly funky. Taste is very refreshing, dry, nice apple taste, hint of oranges, some acidity and traces of funk. Medium body with same, refreshing aftertaste. A nice, easy drinkable, slightly different take on the cider without adding anything extra flavors. I appreciate this innovative way of making cider. Very nice as well.

Bottle, 375ml. Clear, oily, dark golden pour. Intense apple aroma with fresh apple juice, baked apples, some apple cores and grass, hints of caramelization and a spiced, herbal hint. Corinth raisin notes. Full body, very gentle carbonation. Oily and lightly warming. Fruity finish, apple driven of course. Alchol, grass, corinthian raisin, green grapes, apple cores, fresh apple and some sugar in the flavor. Lasting finish. A delicious one indeed. 250503

Bottle, 75cl. Cloudy yellow-golden with some bubbles. Fresh apple juice, pear hints and some grass in the aroma. Quite similar flavor, with some acidity. Medium body, smooth. Soft carbonation. Apple juice and some pear juice in the flavor. Medium length finish.
