[Draft at ZBF 2004] An amber beer with a fine lazing though disappearing head. The aroma is of malt, straw, aroma hops, and yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, bread, and aroma hops. It has afine bitter end.

[Draft at ZBF 2004] A clear brown beer with a fine light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and some sourness. The flavor is sweet with a clear yeast presence combined with roasted bread, alcohol, and caramel. It is a little too sweet for my liking.

[Draft at ZBF 2004] A clear yellow beer with a beutiful dense head. The aroma is light - of sweet malt. The flavor is that of a pilsener; malty and hoppy. This is a very simple pilsener - nothing wrong - nothing special. Though very refreshing.

Slight gushing. Very thick, irregular head. Yellow colour, quite hazy. Freshly cut melon, later nose of grain, wheat and glue. Quite bitter onslaught of liquorice and burnt insulation. Probably candi sugar, but it is hidden. Mouthfeel is dry and alcoholic. No new aftertaste. Certainly not a world class triple. But compared to their draught beers, this bottled triple is a godsend. Unbelievable. It's much harder to do a decent bottle-conditioned beer.

pale yellow, hazy (wheathaze); slight white head. Nose of wheat - and, God help us, faint urine. Taste is soapy. No spiciness, but nothing to replace the ubiquitous coriandre. Some body. Wheat gives slick palate. Pretty pale in all meanings of the word.

Hazy amber, no head. Ever so slightly peanuts nose - amber malt? Diacetyl - UGH! - and not much else in the taste. Fizzy carbonation. This beer is not just pretty awful - it's a disgrace for Belgium. And in the country's touristic center!!!

Clear straw colour; white head, lacy. Nose of pale malt, grain. Subdued taste of malt, building a sweetish-malt underbuild. Slightly sourish impression from carbonation. Fizzy. Empty palate. OK for a pils (SORRY Pivo&Nath - but that's what the menu tells us), but...
