Draught: Poured a reddish amber with white head. The aroma was berry and cherry. Flavor was berry but yet wheatie and not over powering in either way.

Draught Ruby-shot brown beer with a small head. Chocolate, dark leaves, coffee, malts and a hint of speculoos Sweet-sour, malty taste, with a hint of bitterness retronasal for balance. Retronasal some nutty notes, ink and dry cake. Very full bodied, grist slickness. Better than usual Brasseurs beers.

Hazy amber color. The aroma is lighter than the aroma of the Blonde and Blanche, but at least the flavor is less odd than those, with light malt, some sweet caramel, candi sugar, low bitterness.

Horrible muddy yellow; creamy head. Light aroma of spices and lemon peel. Some wheat/spicy/lemon taste as their Blonde, but with more sweetness and more yeast.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. Soft aroma; wheat, spices, vanilla, light hop. Light body; light malt taste, with a hint of citrus, very watery mouthfeel. Similar to a Blanche in many horrible French brewpubs.
