(Draught - sample tray - at the brewpub) On March 23, 2008. Shady copper color, white head. Fruity, hoppy and also malty sweet scent. Herbal, bitter, hoppy, malty sweet taste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

(Draught - sample tray - at the brewpub) On March 23, 2008. Clear pale copper color, tan head. Dominating butterscotch and malty scent. Butterscotch and sweet taste. Butterscotch aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, a bit smooth. Low bitterness.

(Draught - sample tray - at the brewpub) On March 23, 2008. Shady golden color, small white head. Herbal hoppy and sweet scent. Herbal bitter taste, also sweet and spicy. Medium mouthfeel. Moderate to high bitterness. Herbal aftertaste.

Draught: Poured a reddish amber with white head. The aroma was berry and cherry. Flavor was berry but yet wheatie and not over powering in either way.

Draught: Poured a golden clear color with thin white head. The aroma and taste were very similiar as it was sweet fruit and spicy.

Draught @ Kerstbierfestival 2006 in Essen, BE. Medium brown color with a average off-white heat. Clear, with a medium paate. Aroma is spices, yeast and malt. Flavor is sweet, malt with a nice balance of bitternes.

Draught Ruby-shot brown beer with a small head. Chocolate, dark leaves, coffee, malts and a hint of speculoos Sweet-sour, malty taste, with a hint of bitterness retronasal for balance. Retronasal some nutty notes, ink and dry cake. Very full bodied, grist slickness. Better than usual Brasseurs beers.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy amber color. The aroma is lighter than the aroma of the Blonde and Blanche, but at least the flavor is less odd than those, with light malt, some sweet caramel, candi sugar, low bitterness.

Horrible muddy yellow; creamy head. Light aroma of spices and lemon peel. Some wheat/spicy/lemon taste as their Blonde, but with more sweetness and more yeast.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. Soft aroma; wheat, spices, vanilla, light hop. Light body; light malt taste, with a hint of citrus, very watery mouthfeel. Similar to a Blanche in many horrible French brewpubs.
