Cask at the Bell Inn, Moreton-in-Marsh, 07/09/22. Light golden blonde with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl, lacing ensues. Nose is mellow citric zest, grass, airy malts, light bready notes. Taste comprises tangerine, citric tinged straw, bready notes, grains, lemon rind. 500ml bottle @ Quarry Tasting, July 22. Thanks Jeremy for this. Pale straw yellow pour, modest white froth atop. Classic pale ale in feel, malty base with a brisk hop bitterness to keep you on your toes. Quite nice.

Hansdpull cask at the Raglan Arms, Rugby. Light gold and clear with a tight white head and a lot of lacing. Orchard fruit and hay in the aroma. Sweetish taste with some grain notes and enough fruity hop to get it over the finish line, so to speak. Drinkable if unexciting.

Bottle bought at Secretts, Milford. Aroma is malty, earthy. I think there are spores in there. Clear chestnut. Big fluffy foamy off-white head. Sweet - malty, dried fruit - followed by ligh-medium earthy bitterness. Sour berry edge into the finish. Develops caramel sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Creamy. But still not overly buff. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Decent enough. Enjoyable.
