Little Critters Brewing Co.
Microbrewery in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England 🏴
Established in 2016
Late 2015 we found a unit in the Kelham area where we knew the water was good and immediately felt at home. Cold Room built, drainage plinth sorted, Dave Porter supplied and fitted the kit – we started our adventures in brewing beer.
As per plan within a short period of time we took on an experienced brewer. This was followed by us taking on a full time sales and delivery person. We’ve continued to grow the business with new processes, new kit, more people, new recipes and now have a stable 10BBL plant with a great team.
With great folk working for us at the brewery we continue to learn everyday. We’re passionate about making beer and try to retain the home brew spirit of experimentation and fun. We really appreciate the feedback we’re getting from our growing customer base and looking forward to a return to growth over 2021.

Bottle from BrewDog BottleBox [210518]
Pitch black, tan head
Aroma - Nutty, hazelnut...not keen on this
Taste - Sweet dark malts, very soft roast, dab of choclate, good...only soft hazelnut...but would prefer it without
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, quite sweet. Finish of sweet dark malt, soft hazelnut, then sweet dark malts
Overall - Normally can't stand hazelnut in beers, usally horrible strong artifical flavour, but at least it's soft here...better than expected
