On cask at Glassworks, Chesterfield - clear amber, white top. Bitter caramel hints, dry fruit, toffee malt, pretty standard.

Cask at Brunswick, Derby. Pours a dark reddish-brown with minimal cream head. The aroma has plenty of yeast and some malts. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with malts, bananas and honey plus hints of cola. Later some bubblegum and strawberries come through as well leading to a slightly fruity finish. A decent attempt at a Belgian Dubbel – hides its strength well.

Keg draught at the Glassworks, Whittington Moor, Chesterfield. Mid- to dark gold, a little hazy with a small white head. Malty aroma, some grassyhops underneath, notes of marmalade. Sweet taste, very malt led for a SIPA (although this is a very traditional English version of the style) with some grapefruit and kumquat bitterness to follow. Light to medium body with carbonation on the heavy side. Decent stuff when all is said and done.
