500ml bottle shared with AshtonMcCobb. Pours clear amber, thin white head. Light apple and butter aromas, some toffee. Taste is toffee, malty, light bitter. Light spice note. Abrupt finish. OK.

Cask @ New Oxford, Manchester. Copper-amber with a very thin head. Some hops but its malts are the more slightly dominant character. Medium-bodied with some very small sweet grain notes evident.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Old Mill Summer Sunshine ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, malty, light grain, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, malty, marzipan malt, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130813]

Gravity disepense at the Happy Man Spring Beer Festival, 14/03/14. Golden amber with a moderate off white head of bubbles. Nose is toffee, biscuit malt, light spice, brown bread, dark fruits. Taste comprises toffee apple, biscuit crumble, fruit cake mix. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, tangy fruit licks in the close. Ok.

Cask gravity at Six Bells Woodchurch. Clear ruby colour thin white head. Very malty some fruit. Not much hop and a little hedgerow. Ok. Not really me. Not great condition

On cask at Lord Nelson, Brigg, Lincolnshire - Rich ruby clear body, thick white head, rather pretty beer. Nose is bitter ripe fruit, lots of bitterness throughout and not always pleasant. Not sure if this was in bad condition or what, it wasn’t that good.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/1/2014. Deep amber with a slight white head. Sweet, toffee and berry fruits, with a touch of leafy hops and gently bitter finish. Ok.
