From a 330ml bottle on 4/3/2016. Pours a clearish ligth golden with a biggish white fluffy head. The aroma features sweet malt with just a hint of fruit. Flavour wise, there’s biscuity malt, some citrus fruit, and a nice crisp, zesty hop finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Reasonably straight forward but goes down quite nicely.

Hmmm..needlessly complicated label. 330ml bottle into glass. Sweet corn and wheat nose. Slightly hazy amber beer with solid white head. Light carbonation. Watery taste with grainy finish. Tiny touch of sweetness right at the end. Inconsequential quaffer.

330ml bottle into glass. Clear copper beer with solid white head. Minimal carbonation. Fruity hop nose. Good body, oily texture. Burnt caramel finish with bitter hops throughout, some fruit also. Good pale ale. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle into glass. Faint grainy nose. Light carbonation, scummy white head. Hazy amber beer. Spritzy, a little fruit, some grain. True to style, easy drinking.

330ml bottle into glass. Sour fruity nose. Pale amber beer with solid white head. Highly carbonated. Flat mouthfeel, grainy finish. Run of the mill at best.

There’s a lot of grainy aromas, giving it the feel of a macro lager, though I’m also getting a little lemon. The hops are bitter rather than aromatic on tasting, making it a pleasant Summer afternoon beer. In the end, I’m struggling to get past that aroma.

Bottle. Pale gold with a white head. Grainy aroma with some lemon and herbs. Faint cooked vegies. But they don’t really show up after that first deep whiff. Sweet and grainy, slightly toasted. A tiny bit of butter. No hybrid-style fruity notes. Moderate bitterness with some spices and a little metal. Not great but by no means terrible.

Bottle. Amber with a large white head. Aroma of bread crusts, weeds, a little peach, vague citrus. Sweet with stewed fruit and boiled lollies. Some grass and weeds at the dryish and modestly bitter finish. The marketing and branding efforts are sufficiently desultory that they could be construed as cry for help, but the beer is not that bad.

(Bottle) Hazy golden with short-lived loose white head. Unpleasant aroma of wet cardboard, corn and maybe hints of grass. Light bodied with reasonable carbonation. Some sweetness, not particularly malty, in the foretaste, with a somewhat unpleasant bitterness steadily developing. Drinkable, but disappointing.
