Dark pink color with light pink foam, fades quickly. Taste is excellent, balance of salty, spicy, sour gose flavor and tropical fruit providing a little sweetness, like a sweet tart.

Hazy amber color with a pine hops and floral aroma. Taste starts out hoppy bitter, but follows with a mellowing sweetness and floral flavor to the finish. Bitter aftertaste of hops.

Hazy yellow with white foam. Spicy and crisp aroma. Flavor is a combination of farmhouse funk, earthiness, crisp hoppiness, and a dry finish.

Battle to the death with the wax on top. Sadly mad thin, all the carbonation has left this. Get the sensation that it once was a thick ultra chocolatey stout but now all that's left is chocolate water. Nothing else as it warms up. Boo disappointing.

Can. A- Passion fruit, citrus, juicy. A- Golden color, clear liquid, white head. T- Passionfruit, slightly dank, wheat, juicy. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Trying to recall this from memory as I had it a month or so ago and for some reason my rating was deleted? Not super memorable, shockingly. Lots of passionfruit and some of the dank grassiness that naturally comes from it. Pretty tasty despite being over a year old.

Country #78 - Vietnam 🇻🇳 Taste more like a sour than a pale wheat ale, but nice flavor.

Tap @ Mikkeller Tokyo. Pours nice deep brown, pretty much black, with some brown foam on the top. Nose is deep, lots of chocolate, coffee and a bit of roast. Nice balanced nose, not too sweet, not tart, just pure chocolate and cocoa dust plus spices. Tastes also super decent, heavy body, nothing sticky or too sweet - but not dry and only bitter either. Fulfilling in terms of chocolate, coca and toffee character., lightly smoky Finish turned spicier and delivered some chilli heat. Yummy! Surprisingly well brewed, enjoyed this one a lot.

Tap at the Pasteur Street Filling Station, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, light citrus fruit hop. The flavour is light yeasty with a watery, grainy, yeast, light fruit palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. As easy drinking as it gets. Session strength and served cool. Perfect for Asia.
