Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2016. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Aroma of sweetish malts and a touch of citrus fruit, with a whiff of leafy hop. Flavour had earthy, weetabix malts, some more fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask @ Bankers Draft, Sheffield. Golden-blonde coloured ale with a small frothy head. Crisp tasting and fuller-bodied with its hop, that has a floralness about it.

Cask at the Hope Tape (JDW), Reading. A clear pale straw pour with a scummy white head; grainy aroma; damp grain taste, with a thick & oily body; then a sharp citrus bitterness; with some lingering orange zest, and a peaty medical finish. Disappointing.

Cask handpull at the crosse keys. Palate golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet earthy honey, straw, hedgerow berry, pale grains. Flavour is composed of light base grains, little herbal and citrus hop and hints of smoke, straw, damp hay. Palate is medium light, grainy, decent cask condition. Perhaps a little thin. . OK.
