[ As B&T In the Mood ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel - pale malt, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

Cask @ Off The Tap, Bingley. Golden with a very thin head. Sweetened malty ale with red berries in its aroma. Less stated in its taste. But still sweet.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 2 - London. Pours clear yellow with a white cream head. Pale, dry bread in the nose, with accents of light grain and lemon rind. Light sweet flavor, a little doughy, with mellow bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweet and doughy with subtle citrus notes. Fine.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear gold beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Tangy peel, modest grapefruit. Light floralness. Light finish. Peel bitter linger. Okay.
