Bottle from 2024 pack. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, fruity and some funk. Taste: Mix of hop, Brett funk, grass, citrus fruit (mostly lemon) and barrel wood. Very light sweetness, light tart and moderate to over moderate bitterness. Just below medium body,average carbonation Long lasting dry, funky finish. A refreshing DIPA the Le Soupir way... Very Nice, Arthur!

Bottle, directly from brewery. Color: Very pale golden, white head. Aroma: Mix of fruit (grape) and peat / smoke. Taste: Blend of fruity grape and citrus fruit, Islay peat, smoke and wheat malt. Moderate tart, very light bitterness. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice!

Bottle, directly from Le Soupir. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Funky, floral, subtle fruity and herbal. Taste: Funky, floral and spicy juniper, fruity citrus, apple and unripe apricot. Earthy notes. Moderate tart, very light bitterness. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting fruity and dry finish. Nice, complex, refreshing and unusual.

Bottle, directly from Le Soupir. Color: Very pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: Apple skin, wood, Saison yeast. Taste: Mix of hop, wheat malt, some funk, wood, apple skin, hints of Saison yeast, light spicy hints. Some minerals, Long lasting dry hoppy and fruity finish. Under medium body, just below average carbonation. Light to moderate sweet, very light tartness and bitterness. Moderate to over moderate bitterness at finish, A lot of flavours to explore, especially for a quite low alcohol beer. Another well brewed Le Soupir special.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma: Smoke, peat, Brett, malty. Taste: Combination of Wheat malt, smoke, peat, lightly leathery Brett funk, hints of wood. Light sweetness and moderate tartness. Starting a little more smoky and finishing a little more peaty, both flavors are well distinguishable from each other. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry-ish finish. Nice mix of flavors, a lot to explore in this relatively low ABV beer.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Brett, hop. Taste: Light to moderate tart, light hopbitterness, horse blanket Brett funk. Some lemon notes. Just below medium body, average carbonation. Maybe still a bit too young. I most probably will never get the chance to try a longer aged version of this beer, but I would be very curious how it would taste after some years cellaring.

Taste: Fruity notes of citrus and some stonefruit, floral hints, green tea, Brett funk, hints of minerals. Just under medium body, just below average carbonation. Light to moderate tartness. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, long lasting white head. Aroma: Horse stale funk, tart fruity apricot. Taste: Very smooth mouthfeel. Fruity apricot, light to moderate tartness, subtle wood, yeasty notes, some wheat malt. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle directly from Le Soupir. Color: Slightly hazy pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: Funky, fruity, floral. Taste: Mix of rural funk, fruity apple, floral elderflower. Some wood. Hints of citrus fruit and elderberry. Just below medium body, below average carbonation. Light sweet, light tartness and very light fruity bitterness. Very dry, astringent finish.
