Description
Pipeworks Brewery Co. was established in Chicago in 2012 by friends with a shared dream of crafting quality and creative beers. Since putting the first cap on the first bottle, the brewery has garnered accolades for its distinctive beers and original artwork thanks to a growing and enthusiastic team.

Pipeworks self-distributes in Illinois, Milwaukee, and Madison but can be found in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Connecticut through Sarene Distribution, in Minnesota through Clear River, in Massachusetts through Nightshift Distributing, in Missouri through Craft Republic Distributing, and in Colorado through Elite Brands. We are also available for online beer purchase in some states through Tavour.

The Dojo, our Bottle Shop, is located within our production facility at 3912 W Mclean Ave in Chicago.

Another beer from Brad. Almost invisible in color. This beer is straight up lemonade, I think someone tricked Brad. I do not know what to even think of it.

Bottle at RBWG in the lobby. Pours cloudy gold with a light, white foam head. Light tangy aroma, hints of straw. Tangy flavor, some peppers, salt. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Tart finish, green peppers, citric lemon. Meh, nothing special.

Bottle at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours clear yellow with a slight, creamy foam head. Nice, rich citrus aroma, grapefruit and tangerine. Medium to big sweet flavor, light dry citrus fruits, good pale malt sugars. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light resinous finish, rich citrus, mango, grapefruit and tangerine. Really nice beer.

Bottle at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Thanks to Chris. Pours clear, red-brown with a slight, tan cream head. Lots of spices in the aroma, some cinnamon. Medium sweet flavor, more spices, light alcohol, bread, some toffee. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more winter spices, toasted bread, dark caramel. Very tasty stuff.

Room temp hazy pink. Half a finger head Tart acidic nose with cranberry and wheat tones Taste is very light and a nice acidity and cranberry bite. Semi juicy juice aspect. Highly drinkable and not overlay sweet. The raspberry notes are closer to cranberry

Bottle thanks to McCain04. Pours black with tan brown head. Nose and taste of roasted coffee, roast chocolate malt, vanilla, coffee grounds and sweet milk chocolate. Finishes dry roasted black coffee. Medium body.

Bottle at the Funky 8, Brooklyn, NYC. Big, boozy, sweet, some lemon, dough, yeast, spice. Decent character in here, but it’s tough to drink more than a small sample of this beer. Too sweet.
