750ml bottle pours a clear gold, frothy white head. Grainy nose, lemony, green grape, savory herbs. Flavor has all sorts of grist and grain notes before the acids descends on your palate, there is a real herbaceous character too. Dry and prickly finish. 7 4 7 4 13

At Snallygaster. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was some green pepper, light funky notes. Coffee, light herbaceous notes. Mild peppery fruit notes.
