500 ml swing top bottle, purchased at the Beer Authority in Lake City (Seattle) Washington. 3 A notched on the label. Pour is hazed yellow orange with a pure white two inch head which is quite lasting. As it eventually falls, nice lacing is left behind. Aroma of sugary caramel malt as though it is being cooked, along with a bright sweet cherry and a hint of grainy earthiness under that. Clean enough, though perhaps a touch on the sweet side for my liking. Taste is the nose, with the cherry jumping out in front, turning towards the sugar sweet caramel malt, and finisihing with the grain earthiness. The earthiness is a bit muddled, almost oxidized tasting, but not quite. Palate is medium to thin, a bit oily and the aftertaste introuduces some synthetic artificial sweetner. Nice enough, just too sweet for my tastes.

Bottled. Hazy ambery brown colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is caramel, some fruits, mild acidicness and some quite toasted notes. Flavour is quite much the same with some bitterness lurking in the background. Not much wheaty notes at all atleast in this bottle...

Very bad! It’s like effervescent tablet with lemon taste. I waited a bit, if it might be better, but NOT. Some toilet tablets notes are present as well. Congratulations.
