Light brown in color with creamy white head. Sweet soapy leafy aroma. Tea rich malt flavor was actually enjoyable.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear amber with a small, white head. Aroma of alcohol. Solid but deeply crude and unrefined only containing alcohol. Unpleasant, bitter finish. 221005

A light amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, while the flavor also has malty notes.

This was a funny one, looks quite pretty, dark orange colour, quite lively, but not easily noticable carbonation, with a huge white head, which tasted smooth and a bit peachy. Smells like caramel and butter. Tasted quite smooth too, not much of a flavor, but it was pleasant and fruity. The first sip was a bit off though, tasted very, very, metallic. After one more sips, that metallic feeling vanished. A fine ale, even if the initial impression (flavor wise) was bad. Might try it again, and if that metallic feeling was just because this was a bad bottle, this is getting a better rating. Rerate: Well, tried it again. Seems I was lucky to have found it, because it seems that they have retired it. And I can nowsafely say that it’s a shame. No metallic feeling this time, just full taste of dried apricots. Very good ale.

Orange to light amber color. Too light aroma, but with a reasonable malty body and quite strong hopping, with a long final.

(Draught in Newcastle). Darker than Newcastle brown, more flavour too - but still a bit thin. Moderate head, good lacing. Drinkable, but not the best one around.
