Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Thwaites Little Bewdy ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, grass, dusty grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, dusty hops, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130814]

Pint from cask at Britons Protection in Manchester 05.05.15. Dark golden. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma of grains, cereals and biscuits. Similar taste, perhaps with a hint of yeast.

Thanks to olliejobbins for this one. Pours a clear dark amber color, topped with lots of solid and lasting beige colored head. Very pleasant fruity aroma, followed by some malty notes. Taste starts with some gentle fruity sweetness, thereโs a decent hoppy bitterness in the body and finish. Very nice and easily drinkable IPA.

500ml bottle from Sainsburys. Pours clear amber with medium off-white head. Fruity nose, full taste with a lot of orange and uber sweet malts. Nice full, long-lasting flavours. Very nice.

From a 220ml bottle on 30/4/2015. Pours a cloudy dark golden with the barest of heads.The aroma features caramel malt and lots of sharp citrus fruit (particularly orange). These also feature in the flavour, along with some honey, spice and a hint of grapefruit. Finishes with nice lingering quite bitter hops. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation. A very pleasant well made IPA.

Bottle from Morrisons and drunk at home. Clear gold lasting white head. some perfume spicy hop on the aroma. Itโs fine in the mouth with some peach fruit. Finish has some hop not much bitterness. Certainly peach and tropical fruit flavours. Decent and it went down quickly.

330ml can as Crafty Dan 13 Guns. Copper colour with white head. Sweet, fruity aroma. Taste is caramel with decent hoppiness. Not as hoppy as expected, but not bad for that, a rather good, well balanced beer in fact

Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Fruity perfumy metallic aroma with citric notes. Dry-sweet caramelly spicy fruity taste with citric notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish perfumy fruity citrus aftertaste with caramelly strawy notes. Nice, drinkable, unremarkable. (0.33l bottle, I forget where from.)

500ml bottle from Tesco - Ruby red body, thick white head. Nose is caramel, toffee, nuts. Taste is similar, but is let down with a tinniness in the background. Not that Christmassy, but then again, I had it in April.
