Both flavors and aromas are a nice blend of slightly tart cider with slightly tart cherries that complement each other very well. Great body and carbonation with a finished that follows flavors. Super drinkable.

Bottle, backlog April 2014. Clear pale golden/straw yellow body without any head. Floral aroma, mild honey, some citric fruit. Taste is sweet, fruity and floral with a fine combination of honey, mango and pepper without anything steeling the show. Nice body and same aftertaste. (2022 edit: Slightly unusually for the time being but perhaps just a bit in front of their time.)

12 ounce can from Ridgeview Liquor, 2/26/22. Clear red, not much of a head. Aroma of berry and mint. Comes across as toothpaste. Not good. Taste is berry, bitter mint. Thankfully better balanced, but still too minty. Thin. Not good.

The aromas are spicy apples. Flavors are fairly dry, tart almost sour apples with good carbonation, average body and finish like the rest. Half liter bottle to slog through.

Crowler from 2017 shared by Ryan at Your Old Droog Cellar Blast. Pours a clear gold with a nice body. Lots of honey on the nose with a nice tart berry note underneath. More honey, citrus, floral and tart gooseberry-like notes. Honey lingers on the finish with a mild tartness.

29 October 2021. Third Great Timternational Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the Ghent beer crew!

Clear red, no head. Aroma of red bell pepper, paprika, olive oil, cherry, raspberry, dark honey. Taste has sweet bell pepper, cherry, honey, some strawberry, gently spicy. Peppery finish with burning chili, smoky paprika but soothed by the sweet cherry. Heating alcohol still. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Very interesting, never tasted something like this before.
