50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic blonde, transparent, with very fine white foam. Aroma is cereal and a little floral and honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced, with medium sweetness but also good bitterness. Final is slightly long.

Can pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. It's a cloudy, maple-syrup brown with tons of sparkle, finger-width beige foamy head with decent retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is very strong banana, mild tart fruit element and light roast. Taste is strong banana, bubble gum and roast, brown bread. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, been a while since I've had the style. Why don't I have this more often, or is this just a really appealing one? I like it.

(Thanks, Jim! ozzy70) Can. A- Straw, mild clove, bready. A- Copper color, clear liquid, white head. T- Malty, caramel, wheat, mild banana. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Didn't taste like any hefe I've had before. Almost more like a dunkelweizen IMO. Not bad just not really traditional I'd say.
