Floral banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Bonus that it's not oxidized at all.

Copper colored with a foamy head. Yeasty, dough-like aroma with understated banana. Taste has a bready, yeasty, dough-like sweetness up front. There’s a mineral and grainy bitterness at the back. Clingy, chewy body, moderate carbonation. Grows on you.

Undated can drunk 9/30/24. Top pour, not swirled is only minimally cloudy. But still shows a massive, creamy white head atop a blonde-brass body. Been soooo long since I've had a Plank but the memory of them has stuck with me. Just a classy, almost vinous nose I recall, and indeed, here it is. Lovely pepper, mild clove, mild banana, bit of vanilla and lots of honey and nutty wheat. No crude phenols/esters. Classy. Very aromatic. Vanilla bean, or vanilla ice cream...something like that. Heavily nutty, rustic wheat. Not getting the suggested Ariana hop notes, but that's ok, this is peak Hefe. Swirling the can gives us more yeast, though still not a ton. The flavor turns to a more lemony, almost tropical character. Must be the hop acids have bonded to the yeast (or just sunk to the bottom). Whatever the case, the swirled beer is even classier, with elegant, far-from-overdone hops. Just a creamy, wheaty, lemon, honey and gently tropical hefe that remains clean and elegant with excellent depth/texture and attenuation.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy, clearish silver gold with a full two fingers of off-white foam that lingers. Lemon meringue, banana cream and clove aromas on the nose. Palate is similar. Very refreshing, easy drinking. Not overly heavy or cloying. Solid weissbier.

Bottle 50cl. from Alehub @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, lemon, grain, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light lemon, grain. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste with more bitterness, husky notes and a bit cardboard make it somewhat pungent, nice though.
