500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Minimally toasty, wheaty malty aroma, a touch of rye spiciness. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly toasty, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, notes of banana, overripe banana, a touch of baked banana, honey, subtle rye spiciness; grassy, mildly bitter, hoppy finish. Watery texture with a creamy strand, minimally dry, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite fruity, subtle (more malty than yeasty) spiciness - very nice.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, brass colour with small, frothy to macropore, diminishing, white head. Slightly bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of ripe banana, some overripe pear, a touch of baked banana, honey, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is rather neutral, wheaty malty with a minimally papery, bready touch, minimally yeasty fruity, diluted hints of ripe banana, a touch of wheat crisp bread, red apple, baked apple; mildly bitter and minimally grassy, hoppy finish. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Naturally a tad watery but relatively meaty, aroma doesn't stay behind a regualar Hefeweizen - pretty good for the style.

Bottle. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized fluffy slightly off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, mild spiciness, some banana and a bit olive-like elements. Flavour is bananas, some clove, yeast, mild herbal and some citrus tones with wheat and mild grainy tones. Tasty.

Hazy amber colour, white creamy foam. Nose of wheat, some citrus, malty, bready with a nice citrussy touch. Light sweet. Very easy drinkable. Great. I don't understand the low scores here.

Light perfume and some booze. Kind of a light weizenbock in flavour. Clear golden pour with ok head. Light bitter finish with spring flower sweetness. Maybe a little lemon, coriander. Pleasant. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. Saturday 17th June 2023 listening to Ditz. There a little sweetness, in colour this is hazy yellow gold/orange with a large white head. Clean with a lemon bite, nice buzz, very good balance of light banana, a little bit of spice clove but super refreshing, a jolly decent Hefe Weisse.

From bottle at the Hallertauer Bierfestival weekend, Attenkirchen Saturday 25th June 2022 in the company of Jonas and Ursula. Pours light mid gold with a white head. Nice moutheel, but taste is a little wishy-washy, the usual characteristics are all here but it's a little muted, banana bread, a little creamy edge. Okay

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, brass colour with average to huge, frothy, very slowly osteoporosing, mostly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, yeasty spicy and slightly ephemeral, mildly grassy-spicy, minimally floral, hoppy aroma, notes of banana, pear, clove, a touch of resh hay, petals, mustard seed, sweet mustard, phenolic interludes, minimally bready malty aspects. Taste is sweet-ish, yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy and wheaty malty, notes of pear, hints of banana, clove, some pepper, leafy overtones, weak, fruit acidic tartness, a touch of mustard seed. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Complex, fairly spicy aroma, less complex taste, fruitiness tends towards pear rather than banana - good.

330ml bottle. Hazy, orange, golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, slightly bready, wheaty malty aroma, notes of clove and banana, a touch of pear and wheat crisp bread. Taste is wheaty malty with subtle residual sweetness, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, mild tartness, mild, grassy hop bitterness, hints of banana, pear, a touch of lime. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice mouthfeel, refreshing tart-ish aspects - nice.
