Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of copper, rust and radish. Flavour of caramel, earth and blueberry. Thin to medium body with a slick. Soft fizz. A rich lager with a savoury edge.

Decent. Like that the font looks a bit like a black metal band logo, albeit legible.

Thanks Fin! Clear golden. Aroma is cornflakes harsh malt. A bit of that stinky lager aroma but not too much. Taste is hearty malt sweetness with good body of light bitter hoppy counterpoint and some rough woody mossy flavours. Quite complex (for a classic lager) and full bodied. Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a foamy head. Intense grain, hay, bread, marzipan, again hay and grain, grapefruit zest, slightly metallic. Hoppy bitterness, sticky grainy sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter grainy sweet finish. An intense Märzen very grainy yet rather hoppy. Not bad!

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 1st July 2023 sat outside it's been sunny and also cloudy, the temperature is very pleasant though, we'll be cooking Spiced Koftas with Grilled Flatbread and Tomato- Zaatar Dressing, listening to The Viagra Boys- Cave World. Pours clear gold with a large white head. Nice softness, malty and with a honey sweetness, easy drinking, there is in fact a little touch of dryness and with a very simple bitter bite. It's a good beer.

Bottle, 5.5%, drunk while grilling after bringing home half a ton of drywall and insulation in the Caddy. Medium reddish gold, nice lasting head. Slightly sweet nose, hints of caramel and honey with citrus and pine. Wow it's tasting a bit like a mild red ale with American hop varieties, though it seems from the label grown here in DE. Nice one! Might be a new recipe as the last one says 4.9. Well balanced and tasty.
