Flesje gekregen van Tomhendriksen en thuis gedronken. Roodbruin bier met matig beige schuim. Aroma is fruitig en houtig. Smaak is zuurig, fruitig, en houtig. Nasmaak is ietsje bitter, fruitig maar vooral zuur.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly chocolately and nutty, malty aroma, slightly leafy hoppy and alcoholic overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, chocoloately dark malty, slightly caramel malty, bitter, leafy hoppy counterpart, alcoholic and minimally nutty overtones. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. A bit simple and watery, a bit boozy - not fully convincing.

Bottle. Clear mahohany with tan head, looks a bit like cola. Lots of roasted malts, brown sugar, licorice, fresh figs, pruneau, sherry. Quite sweet, but with a lingering almost metallic bitterness in the finish. Slick medium body. OK.

Dark chocolate brown colour with thin head. Aroma has a savoury element like forest mushrooms. Balanced taste. Malt and caramel but not too sweet.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, mid sized beige head. Aroma of tobacco and licorice with a whiff of orange. Mid sweet with full body and soft, chewy mouthfeel. Earthy licorice and tobacco, mild tangerine. Balanced bitter finish.
