Pours amber with a small suddy head.Nose shows grassy Euro hops with some caramel and faint toffee underneath. Could be mistaken for a malty pale Euro lager.Flavours donโ€™t improve much, plain unchecked bitterness and wet cardboard notes throughout. Practically no malt.Very thing body.

Lovely orange-accented mahogany colour. The aroma is fruity (grape, plum) with caramel and wood accents. The palate is rich, complex caramel and earth with bitter hop notes emerging late with toffeeish stickiness and some subtle, fruity acidity. A tasty fireside ale.

Golden with a slight amber accent. Herbal, hoppy aroma is berryish, fruity and smells like itโ€™s going to be refreshingg. Bitter, leafy hop character balanced by toasty malts. Good balance.

500ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with a nice large head. Aroma is toffee and some dried fruit. Fruity, malty, lots of fruit cake and spice. Full in the mouth, medium bitter finish, hides its strength. A favourite of mine, one I drink semi-regularly, just never got round to rating.

Tan coloured. Flavour has a rounded balanced maltiness at first. Later a strong, dry hoppiness dominates. Lots of flavour considering the low alcohol content.

Cask at the Red Lion, Wendover, England on 17th June 2010. Orange brown with thinning white head. Blend of malt and hops in main kick, then increasingly hoppy on a saline mouthfeel.

(Bottle, Cafรฉ Rautjoxa, ร…re, Sweden, 24 March 2010) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose with orange, apricots and grassy, floral hops. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange, biscuity malt and floral hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Light body, slightly sweetish. Refreshing and tasty.
