Fläschla: Almost clear, deep ruby-amber coloured, medium-sized creamy off-white head; rich sweet-bitter nose of dried fruits, toasted malt - with an almost peaty touch - and bitter chocolate, traces of vanilla underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, very, very soft; smooth and lingering sweet-bitter toasty and fruity finish with an increasing bitterness and chocolate stains in the aftertaste. Great, great, great franconian stuff...

Fläschla: Deep golden, hazy, medium-sized loose off-white head; moderate bitter-sweet nose of herbal, peppery and medical hops and malty pale malt; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, fizzy; lingering bitter-sweet citrussy-fruity finish with traces of balancing malt. Not great, but a very well balanced IPA...

Schönes helles Kupfer im Glas, stabiler, fluffiger Schaum. In der Nase maischig, im Trunk ebenso, dazu Malz, süß, süffig, leicht röstig. Sehr aromatisch, der Amber-Stil ist gut getroffen.

(bottle, 33cl, as Main Seidla Craft India Pale Ale, 6.2% abv) Hazy, orange colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready caramel-malty aroma with fruity and slightly earthy and grassy hops, including notes of ripe oranges and a zesty touch. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a slightly prickly carbonation. Cara-malty base with fruity and earthy hops, getting slightly grassy towards the finish. 02.VI.18
