Das Brauhaus Binkert ist nun auch Geschichte, aber sein "Helles" habe ich kürzlich noch bei Ambrosetti gefunden. - Lichtes Goldbraun, schwach trüb; enttäuschend schaumarm. - In der Nase mildes helles Malz mit wurzeligen Anklängen, schöne Malzsüße, Honig und feine aber arg milde herbale Hopfung mit einem Hauch Orange. - Antrunk zu stark rezent und daher auch zu dünn hellmalzig mit schöner Süße, arg blasser herbaler Hopfung, einer Ahnung von Orange. Kurzer Abgang. Dumpf blecherner Nachtrunk. - Leider arg dünn und laff, trotz vielversprechender Nase. (Flasche mit MHD 26.11.25, geleert 29.8.2025.)

From Heinrich 3000, during a trip in november/december 2018, it was a good surprise, generous and rich brown ale, soft, malty, nuts, some hop, bready and sweet, roasted malt, 11.05.2019, drinking it at Epalinges.

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear medium golden colour, fair frothy white head, slowly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, bread, very light lemon, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, bread, straw notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, smooth and clean, nice.

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, slowly diminishing, thin lacing. Aroma pilsner lat, grain, bread, touch of lemon, some caramel, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, light herbal notes. Medium body, oily watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, nice.

Clear golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and malt grainy livly with small bobbles and mild malty with hint of straw and hops.

Bottle at home from De Laat. Nem jegyzeteltem, csak vedeltem és pontoztam, illetve bosszankodtam, hogy számtalan helyzetből hogyan lehet csak két gólt összehozni.

Mäßig stabile Schaumkrone, in der Nase unauffällig aber sauber und angenehm, getreidig, grasig und süßlich; im Mund sanft und mild, getreidig und malzig, blanchierte Mandeln, etwas blumiger Hopfen, deutliche Süße, eine ganz leichte Bittere im Nachtrunk. Einfach, aber gut.

Üppige, cremige und stabile Schaumkrone, dezent naturtrübe Bernsteinfarbe, in der Nase Orangenschalen und frische Zitrusfrüchte, Beerenfrucht, dahinter etwas Malz, aber der Hopfen dominiert sehr stark; im Geschmack fruchtig-hopfig mit viel Orange, dazu Karamell, etwas Süße, deutliche Hopfenbittere, cremiges Mundgefühl, trocken-malzig-bitterer Nachtrunk.

Bottle from Meibier. Aroma is grainy malt, noble hops in the finish. A touch of citrus/lemon. Light to moderate bitter with a light sweetness. Medium body. Decent Helles, a bit fruity.
