0,5 l bottle from Hol´Ab!, Zwischenahn. Cloudy yellow golden in the glass, a lot of sediments are floating around. One finger white head. Grainy caramel smell, sourish grassy. Increasing caramel and some citrus in the second part. Smooth. Above average carbonated. Okay.

Bottled 500ml (KCM Mikkola, Binkert Helles) Clear golden colour, small white head. Grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Malty, despite of filtering quite grainy vibe. Simple. My 2000th rated German beer.

A quite light yellow and slightly hazy beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has grain, some fruitness and hay. Taste has grain and hay, smooth, low bitterness. Medium bodied. Easy to drink, nice beer.

Clear amber colour, white foam. Sweet and bready, also a bit metallic. Not the best balanced Bock.

Slow gusher and difficult pour. Clear brown colour. Malty. Some toasted, roasted bitterness. Light hint of liquorice. Quite flavoursome actually.

Bottle shared on the train during the Bamberg Post Christmas Jolly - January 2014. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. OK, has some sugary bread, hints of cardboard, light citrus. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry finish, some lightly toasted bread, faint orange. Alright.

Bottle, drunk after rearranging the basement for gas line work. Now that's a sentence! Clear straw, decent head, big grain/malt/hay nose. Lightly sweet on the tongue, nice full flavor, good earthy forest hop notes. Really nice Helles!

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong dark malt, wood, raisins. Taste of strong dark malt, coffee, wood. Good!
