Many thanks for this bottle to Beerhunter111. Flowery aroma of noble hops plus grainy pilsner malt backbone. Crisp finish with bitter flowery finish.

Bamberg jolly day 3 26/01/2014. Bottle shared on the train. Hazed amber coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is nice big spicy rye bread, grains. Flavour is sweet fruity, tangerine, slightly jammy. Quite interesting and unusual.

Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared in Ronny’s room. Aroma is nutty, wet grass, earthy notes. Flavour is earthy hop, light caramel. Palate is fairly crisp.

Day 3 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle from the Rewe Bamberg shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising, 26/01/14. Hazed golden orange with a moderate off white head. Nose is bitter orange, toasty, bread dough, lemon sherbet. Taste comprises tangerine, bread dough, citric snap, biscuit tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying finale. Nice stuff, a little different and breaks up the Helles/Hefe/Pils monotony a little! Amber Ale with the longest description award anyone !?!

Bamberg Bash Day 3. Train swig. Hazy gold - amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is airy and light, soft and dry. Nice fruitiness here and mild floralness. Little peel. Light citric bitterness in the dry finish.
