Translucent pale straw colour. Dense and persistent bright white head and lacing that looks almost artificial. Aroma and taste of pale malt, American hops, succade, white pepper, lemon and lime. Bitter citrus in aftertaste. Not quite in harmony. From cask at Job Centre, Deptford, London, 25.02.22 after handing in exam in general quantitative research methods.

Cask @ John The Unicorn, Peckham Rye. Very dark amber-red with a frothy head. It has gritty chocolate style malts that prove very tasty, and a dark malty nose.

Cask @ Clapton Hart, Clapton Pond. Hazy amber-gold with a bubbly head. Palatable, it has a slightly watery hoppiness, but there's nothing exciting here.
