Cask at Westow House, Palace. It pours clear amber with a decent, bubbly white head. The nose is soft, bitter - sweet, caramel, light cocoa, nut and stewed orange. The taste is smooth, bitter, wood, earthy, leather, peppercorn, caramel, nut, brown bread and toasty grain with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well rounded and sessionable. Good bitter.

Cask@Pratts & Payne, Streatham, London (05/06/2015) - burnish golden amber pour with good white head. Aroma and taste is toasty malty, some and citrus fruits, some notes of marmalade, lemon, citric rind, some twiggy herbal hoppy nuances, great condition, easy drinking number. Nice.

Cask handpull jdw lord moon of mall. Black beer dark ruby edges lasting tan head. Tasty enough stout. Some dry roast malt some chocolate some coffee some sweetness. A bit like a slightly milky coffee. Roast dryness on the finish. Fine but not my style. Good condition.

Cask at the Spread Eagle, Croydon. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is earth, wood, caramel, spice and leather. The taste is light bitterness, earthy, wood, spicy hops, leather, floral notes, varnish and caramel with a dry, somewhat spicy. Medium body and soft carbonation. It’s a nice idea, but lacks the wow factor taste-wise.

Cask at Wallington Beer Fest 2014. It pours hazy deep brown with a bubbly beige head. The nose is earthy brett, woody, tart berry, malt vinegar, damp leaves, manure, lactic acid and spice. The taste is bitter, earth, wood, mild astringency, brett, malt vinegar, must, earth, yoghurt and a touch of berry skin with a drying finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Not as sour as I had hoped for,, more earthy/funky. Decent stuff anyhow. Nice venture into the world of sour/wild!
