ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Clear gold beer, good white head. Light lagerish malt, not much else going on. Hate to kick beers from new breweries but guys - you need hops to brew an IPA! Boring!

ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Clear amber beer. Small off white head. Light dry palate. Ok minerally malt - a bit lagerish. Not much hop here. Boring!

Bottle 568ml. @ chriso s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, butter, light to moderate hoppy, grass, hop oil. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110730]

Bottle 568ml. @ chriso s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel and some slight herbal notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, herbs and some mild citrus notes.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours clear gold. Caramel and light toffee on the nose. Flavor has some tang and sugar to it. Bland. Light bodied and mostly flat.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours golden yellow, with thin off-white head and low carbonation. The nose is cereal, biscuit, white bread and alcohol. The taste is hay, grass, straw, cereal, butter, white bread, lemon and some dryness in the finish. Quite thin and pretty bland.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours dark amber, with a thin foamy beige head and low carbonation. The nose is nut, caramel and sweet malt. The taste is caramel, toffee, light sour tang, cardboard, light smoke, chocolate and brown sugar with not much in the finish. Not bad.

Scopeys East Croydon tasting - Cheers Paul! Clear pale gold beer, tiny white head. Light semi dry palate. Dry lagerish malt, tiny bit of tangy hop. Dry finish. Drinkable - certainly had worse lagers.
