Bottle brought by Brian to tasting at my house. Pours cloudy yellow gold with white head. Nose and taste of white sugar, wheat malt, citrus zest, orange zest and yeast. Medium body. Great beer for a style I don’t usually care for.

750 ml bottle From Redstone Liquors in Stoneham, MA. Lightly hazy white gold color. Fizzy carbonation as I was expecting. Aroma of yeast, citrus, grain and light fruit. Taste of yeast, citrus, apple, banana and plenty of malt. The citrus vanishes and transitions to lots of bready malts. Medium body with the ABV being completely hidden. This gets points for using the champagne yeast and being on the experimental side. The price tag was a tad high. However, if you want something unique for special occasions this could be your brew. Try it if you see it in the Greater Boston area.

Bottle courtesy of AirForceHops. Thanks man, I really owe you for locating this one for me. Floral pineapple-vanilla, sweet citrus, and yeasty white grape aroma. Hazy golden yellow with a large thick creamy head. Sweet fruity bready malt, spicy, yeast, citrus flavor. Very unique, and amazingly easy drinking for 11%. Body on the full side of medium, creamy, lively spritzy carbonation. Definitely finishes champaign-like. Crazy combination of lightness and fullness.

Draft @ Ward Eight, Lowell MA. The aroma features dark roasted grains, milk chocolate and mocha. The taste is similar to the aroma with loads of layered chocolates, earthy hops, walnuts, vanilla and mocha. The palate is full and malty smooth texture. Body is medium, creamy with a soft to lively carbonation and a long lingering chocolate malt finish. Really great stout and my 1 st offering from this brewer. Makes we want to seek out everything else the sell.
