Keg at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours lightly hazy good with a fine, white foam head. Mellow lacto funk on the nose, a bit of berry tang. Light sweet flavor with super well balanced tabgy berries, subtle acidic lemon, light funk, hints of grass. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Very clean and fresh on the finish, further balanced tang. Great beer.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy golden body with a thin white head that fades almost instantly. No lacing. Vinous, lemony, yeasty aroma. Very sharp lemon juice and gooseberry flavour with a dry, dusty finish. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Lively carbonation. An incredibly lemony Saison. Pretty good but paled in a side-by-side comparison with the Blackjack/Marble/Quantum EIBF Saison.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a slight haze. Mango, yeast and peach in the aroma. Mango features a lot in the taste along with notes of peach, syrup, yeast and sultanas.

Wspaniale piwo ciemne IPA, a w zasadzie czarne nieprzeswitujace. Piana spora i wielgachna, trwala. Aromatyczne bukiety zapachowe chmieli. W smaku takze nasycone goryczkowoscia i wytrawnoscia. Troche nut czekoladowego budyniu. Finisz dlugi i chmielny.

Cask at the southern. Pours clear golden brown with a thin, strangely lumpy looking head. Good US hop aromas, grapefruit especially. Some caramel malt on the taste, slightly sweet finish with hops appearing further down the line. Good pint.

Bottle from Kris Wines, London. Black with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and smoke. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little hint of acid. Seems a bit thin. 200813
