Description
After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010. Their aim was to make the types of beer that they like - full of flavour yet easy to drink. Red Willow now offer a range of beers that can be found in many local pubs and shops in cask

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Very dark brown clear lasting dark beige head. Slight smoke and roasted malt. Pretty decent in the mouth with proper choc flavours. Yes pretty tasty. First beer from this brewery I have had and its pretty good. Good mouthfeel. Almost delicious even. Very good. Lovely choc
