Keg at Moa Tiki, Singapore. Black with rich beige head. Woody nose with licorice and coffee. Rather dry with full body and dense, packed mouthfeel. Salmiak and espresso, some dark bitter chocolate. Really bitter finish. Staying dry and fairly elegant despite massive flavours.

Bottled at Moa Tiki, Singapore. Very dark brown, mid sized creamy head. Citrus, licorice pine and pears fight for attention in the nose. Mid dry with medium to full body and dense, well rounded mouthfeel. Coffee, chocolate and licorice provides excellent support for black currant and citrus provided by the hops. Long piney bitter finish. Man, Moa is restoring my hope in the modern craft beer culture! A lot of breweries knows how to buy the best ingredients, a few how to use them. But even fewer knows how to make a great beer from the bottom and up.

Keg at Moa Tiki, Singapore. Clear pale golden, small head. Aroma of papaya and citrus. Mid dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. White currant and spices, mild citrus. Long bitter finish. Nowhere near a pilsner, but a great hoppy quaffable modern lager hybrid.
