Poured from bottle dark mahogany with little or no head. Aromas of booze caramel dark fruit maple and wood. Taste is thick and viscous caramel maple booze and vanilla. Interesting.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Aroma is floral, herbal, vaguely metallic, champagne yeast over base biscuit/cracker malt. Appearance is slightly hazy, light golden orange with nice sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with poor retention but nice sticky sudsy lacing. Taste is light biscuit/cracker with bitter and tart back end. Palate is medium bodied with foamy texture, average carbonation and bitter/tart finish. Overall, complicated aroma but not sure it works harmoniously. Taste isn’t as complex and the bitter/tart combination isn’t my bag.
