Hazy golden ale with a thick white head. Delightful frsh hops aroma, direct from the field. Intense hops and grapefruit in mouth, without the californian c-hops characteristics (not as floral). Very dry, with little sweetness, strong alcohol comes out more. Doesnt have the left coast edge, but it still took my breatha way. Excellent with the Herve doux, which brought out more sweetness to the ale. Bottle at Moeder Lambic, April 2005.

Hazy golden ale with a thick off white head. Very herbaceous hops aroma, almos marijuana like, resinous in nature. Medium sweet malt with stron floral hops, almost c-hops, with nice light citrus notes. Nice balanced beer, with medum body, and light alcohol finish. Bottle at t the ’t Brugs Beertje, May 2 2005.

Cloudy orange aroma. Thick white head. Fruity and wooden aroma with hints of yeast. A little hoppy and peppery flavor. A fruity and a little yeasty finish.

Hazy orange colour. White head. Hoppy and a little yeasty aroma. A little spicy aroma aswell. Flavor is hoppy bitterness and citrus, grapefruit. Some yeast flavor aswell. Lomg warming bitter aftertaste.

Cloudy, light orange, lowish creamy head Spicy heather, wooden and nutty aroma. Caramel base-flavor, dry peachskin, barrique, a hint of metallicity. Medium body, light sparkly mouthfeel. Yeasty minerally and apricot aftertaste. Thanks Nat!

Hazy oeange colour, long lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Flavor of hops and citrus, some hints of yeast aswell. Aftertaste is bitter and some hints of the yeast. Very drinkable.

Re-rate on tap at Christian Firtal, December 2018 in fabulous shape. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grassy, spicy and herbal hops, with a nice and clean touch of spicy Belgian yeast. Dry, herbal and grassy hop flavour with just the right yeast character and bitterness. Old school hoppy Belgian and just awesome. 4.2, just like my first time in 2005.

Cloudy orange colour. Large, thick head. Yeasty, fruity banana aroma. Spicy (cloves) flavour with long pine needle bitter finish. The alcohol is shining through a little.

Hazy, golden colour. Massive head. Fruity (pineapple) hop aroma. Somewhat fruity and -surprise, surprise- very bitter flavour. The bitterness lasts an eternity.
