Our brewery is a 5 barrel micro brewery situated at the award winning Lakeland real ale pub, The Watermill Inn. Brewing since 2006, we are located in the Village of Ings, 2 miles east of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. We use only the finest ingredients in our beers. - Quality without compromise!

Cask@GBBF2012. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fuity, floral, caramelly, bready and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruiy, floral, sweet malty along with some mild herbal and almondy notes.

Bottle from Brewpub, kindly shared by Baz consumed at Isobelโ€™s 6th July 2012 Pours chestnut with light beige head. Touch of cola, sweetish, soft in the mouth. Tangy with fruit, bit sweet slightly numbing on the tongue. Little bit of spiciness itโ€™s very pleasant. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
